We've mentioned the key role Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play in our integrated inclusion and belonging strategy. These 8 high-visibility groups not only create spaces for different communities to come together and discuss advocacy issues — they offer perspectives and learning across our entire company through events and heart-to-heart conversations.
BRGs also have a voice at the policy level, from a comprehensive transgender employment policy to military leave of absence. Their input impacts the services and resources Point B offers our associates.
